Wink Cherry and his wife, Reina, have dedicated their lives to ministry as teachers and coaches, experiencing firsthand the profound influence a coach’s lifestyle can have on athletes. Recognizing the deep need for spiritual nourishment in schools today, they are committed to ministering to coaches across various campuses.
Believing that coaches are natural leaders with a unique opportunity to shape the next generation, Wink and Reina are passionate about helping them introduce young athletes to the love of Jesus Christ. Through COACHES HONOR, they focus on discipleship, walking alongside men, women, anhhd coaches as they grow in faith and impact their teams, their families, and their workplace for Christ.
As encouraging models of Christian faith, Wink and Reina continue to pour into others while cherishing their ever-growing family, whom they adore.
Ande Johnson and his wife, Kelly, are proud parents to four wonderful children—Owen, Knox, Harper, and Audrey. Originally from Naples, Florida, Ande attended the University of Central Florida (UCF), where he played baseball. After graduating and marrying Kelly, he pursued a Masters of Divinity at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando.
Following his time at RTS, Ande was blessed to help start an RUF campus ministry at UCF, where he served for over 10 years. Sensing God’s call, the Johnsons then moved to Baton Rouge, where Ande spent the next decade ministering to students at LSU. Recently, they relocated to Jacksonville, joining the **COACHES HONOR** team.
Ande enjoys all things outdoors, especially treasure hunting, fishing, hunting, cooking, photography, golf, and basically all sports.
